Excellent communication and organizational skills are a must. Prepares food/cuisine items for guests. Ensures that prep is done completely and correctly for the following days business/banquet functions, and as directed by Sous Chefs/Executive Chef. Banquet Server - On Call
Embassy Suites by Hilton, Springfield, a leader in the hospitality industry, is offering exciting opportunities for energetic and experienced Banquet Servers.This position is On-Call and would be scheduled when notified by the hotel. Schedule is based on hotel business demand. Schedule varies from mornings to nights.Job Duties include, but are not limited to:1. Serve and clear food and beverage items according to function requirements.2. Ensure that buffets, coffee breaks and tables, etc. are properly set according to specific function diagrams and standards.3.
