Customer Experience Project Manager I 

Position Overview
We are seeking a Customer Experience (CX) Project Manager I to coordinate and deliver cross-functional CX initiatives that improve customer satisfaction, streamline processes, and drive measurable business outcomes. This role will manage project lifecycles, work with product, IT, contact center and analytics teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to customer experience metrics and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day execution and oversight of medium to high-complexity CRM campaigns for Healthcare Professional (HCP) marketing programs.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports to ensure on-time, high-quality campaign delivery.
  • Lead weekly status meetings and provide proactive updates to stakeholders across marketing, operations, and agency teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with brand teams, agencies, and internal stakeholders to align on requirements and drive execution.
  • Build expertise in assigned therapeutic areas and brand strategies to support campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, identifying optimization opportunities to improve engagement and ROI.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including workflows, proofing checklists, and campaign tracking tools.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; implement mitigation strategies to ensure seamless execution.
  • Partner with stakeholders to establish and improve campaign processes, data requirements, and approval workflows.
  • Manage change requests, assess timeline impacts, and communicate updates effectively to all stakeholders.
  • Drive process improvement, automation, and standardization to increase efficiency and scalability of campaign operations.
  • Conduct quarterly campaign audits and track adherence to performance SLAs.
  • Troubleshoot cross-functional challenges, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance HCP engagement and omnichannel campaign performance.
  • Support annual and quarterly planning with brand and omnichannel teams; track campaign execution and resource allocation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience of Database Marketing, CRM, Email, Digital, Direct Mail, 1:1 marketing experience.
  • Hands-on work experience in client service, account or response management discipline
  • CRM Email marketing experience in an Pharma agency setting (familiarity with Med/Reg process & systems; Veeva Promomats, Marketo a plus
  • Account/Client Management (communication/presentation skills).
  • Ability to pull and drive strategic insights from Data
  • Experience driving and documenting process enhancements.
  • Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Background in SmartSheet or Asana
  • Digital marketing or interactive agency experience is a plus
