Key Responsibilities
- Review, process, and maintain records, forms, invoices, checks, and other documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Enter, update, and retrieve data from computer systems while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Prepare routine and special reports, forms, and other fiscal or administrative documents.
- Process invoices, checks, electronic fund transfers, and other accounting transactions.
- Assist vendors, departments, and outside agencies with payment questions and related matters.
- Perform routine calculations and support bookkeeping and fiscal operations.
- Maintain organized files, records, reports, and documentation in accordance with office procedures.
- Provide customer service by researching information, answering questions, and assisting with fiscal or procedural inquiries.
- Perform general office duties including filing, typing, scanning, copying, phone support, and supply management.
- Back up records and perform other related clerical or administrative duties as assigned.
