Job Title: Full Stack Java Developer Module Lead Designation: Delivery Module Lead
Location: Mph- Client Site, Florida, US
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Java Developer Module Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of high-quality software solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, with a strong emphasis on Java development. The Module Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery, while also mentoring junior developers and driving best practices in software development.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of full stack Java applications.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Architect and develop scalable and maintainable software solutions using Java and related technologies.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges and roadblocks during the development process.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
Mandatory Skills:
- Proficient in Java programming and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).
- Strong experience in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Experience with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and ORM tools.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of applications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Java development or software engineering are a plus.
