HELP WANTED:
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR/HANDYMAN
Location: Level Plains
Schedule: On-call / Flexible
Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and skilled independent contractor for ongoing weekly maintenance and repairs.
Duties Include:
- Weekly inspections
- Hauling items to the local landfill as
needed
- Weekly lawn mowing and landscaping
- General property cleanup
Requirements:
- Proven maintenance experience
- Must provide your own tools, truck, and
lawn mower
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Reliable and able to work independently
