Location: Charlotte, NC / Dallas, TX / Phoenix, AZ – Hybrid (3 days onsite assumed standard)

Contract Length: 6mo

Pay Rate: $80 - $87

Top Requirements:
  1. 10+ years of Data Management, Analytics, or Business Strategy experience
  2. Strong expertise in enterprise data management, governance, and data strategy execution
  3. Proven ability to lead large-scale transformation initiatives and influence executive stakeholders

  1. Experience in financial services or highly regulated environments
  2. Experience with enterprise data strategies such as Authorized Data Sources (ADS)
  3. Strong stakeholder engagement across global and executive-level audiences

Job Summary:

In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult as a top subject matter expert on complex, innovative, and diverse Data Management initiatives with high risk or significant scope, cost, and benefits. Consult on the strategy and resolution of the most complex and significant challenges across Data Management, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale, and broad-reaching, requiring vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical thinking. Provide consulting and industry expertise regarding large-scale Data Management strategies. Strategically engage with client personnel.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Lead enterprise Data Source Rationalization efforts aligned to the Enterprise Data Strategy
  • Evaluate, rationalize, and modernize large-scale enterprise data sources across lines of business
  • Drive migration toward Authorized Data Sources (ADS) to improve trust, reduce risk, and lower costs
  • Partner with business and technology leadership to align data strategy with enterprise goals
  • Provide strategic guidance on data governance, data risk, and data management best practices
  • Influence executive stakeholders through clear, concise communication and strategic insights
  • Develop frameworks and methodologies for assessing and prioritizing data assets
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve data quality, consistency, and usability
  • Identify opportunities to streamline data processes and reduce operational complexity
  • Deliver high-impact presentations, business cases, and strategy recommendations to senior leadership
  • Collaborate across a matrixed organization with competing priorities and stakeholders
  • Drive accountability, execution, and measurable outcomes across data initiatives
