Part-Time Plaza Caretaker
We Need Your

We have the ideal part-time position for someone who thrives on maintaining high standards and loves seeing their efforts shine. We're searching for a detail-oriented and handy individual to be the caretaker for Quaker Square Plaza; 2789 E State St. The position would be 2 days a week.
This isn't just about maintenance; it's about making and keeping the plaza in pristine condition. You'll be responsible for:
*Immaculate Landscaping:
Keeping our grounds looking sharp and beautiful.
*Plaza Appearance:
Your keen eye will ensure every detail of the plaza reflects quality. If it's not perfect, you'll make it so! Heck, paint things that don't need painted!
*Community Liaison:
You'll be our friendly face, building relationships with our valued businesses, local vendors and the government.
Skills - Other than loving when things look great.
*Good at lower-level general maintenance, e.g. fix an outlet, caulk a window, sweat a leaky pipe, paint, etc.
*Great at lawn maintenance. Not plowing.
*Friendly communications style.
