What You Will Be Doing
Join Titleist’s Golf Ball Research team as an R&D Product Development & Support Technician III and contribute directly to the development of industry-leading products. In this role, you will work under moderate supervision to support manufacturing, product testing, and development initiatives. You will build golf ball components and finished products both at Fairhaven and plant locations while assisting in product development trials and experiments.

You will play a key role in generating and analyzing data to provide feedback that drives product and process improvements. Additionally, you will collaborate with your supervisor to identify opportunities for innovation, document detailed experimental results, and help maintain and calibrate lab and production equipment. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to impact product quality and performance while growing your technical capabilities in a dynamic R&D environment.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; commitment to continuous learning preferred.
  • 2–3 years of experience in product testing, development, or a related field.
  • Exposure to or basic competency in technical software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Minitab preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to document experiments and interpret data effectively.
  • Experience supporting product trials and identifying process improvements.
  • Basic equipment maintenance and calibration knowledge.
  • Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Must not be adversely affected by materials in a golf ball manufacturing environment.
  • Good or corrected vision required.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel occasionally on short notice.

Pay Range: $49,400.00-$61,100.00
