Job Summary –
Agile Scrum Master - Lead
Years of experience needed – 8 + Years
Technical Skills:
- Monitoring and improving the scrum process and project progress; helping solve impediments in the development process
- Coaching the scrum team to apply appropriate processes to create successful products.
- Fostering self-organization and collaborative scrum team; sheltering the team from outside distractions to keep focus mainly on the agreed sprint goals.
- Ensuring scrum principles and approaches are understood correctly by the development team and stakeholders; maximizing the performance
- Experience in Agile methodologies
- Experience leading scrum teams
- Strong project management skill
- Strong knowledge in people management
- Strong knowledge in client facing and delivery
Certifications Needed:
- CSM/PSM certification
