Brand Management Coordinator - Consumer Insights
Job Description
Global entertainment and streaming client is seeking a Brand Management Coordinator to join their team. This is an urgent 6-month contract opportunity requiring 40 hours/week. This role is hybrid onsite in Los Angeles, CA.
Ideal Candidate:
Early-career brand marketing professional with experience supporting brand, franchise, licensing, or marketing initiatives. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable creating presentations, conducting research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Entertainment, media, consumer products, or licensing experience is a plus.
Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of experience in brand marketing, franchise marketing, licensing, marketing coordination, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Excellent organizational and project coordination skills
- Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of brand and franchise initiatives across key properties
- Create presentations, pitch materials, and business updates for internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct research on market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activity
- Collaborate with retail, licensing, and cross-functional teams to support business objectives
- Maintain project documentation, presentation materials, and team resources
- Assist with planning, tracking, and coordinating key deliverables across multiple projects
- Support day-to-day brand management activities and special projects as needed
Nice to Have:
- Entertainment, media, consumer products, or licensing experience
- Content management system experience
- Experience creating presentations and pitch materials
- Familiarity with SharePoint
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
