Creative Producer - Project Management
Job Description
Our client is looking for a Creative Producer to join their team! This is a 40 hr/week role, hybrid in Santa Monica, CA.
Overview:
As a Creative Producer, you will oversee the project management and production for several of our brands and franchises. You will ensure a smooth pipeline of projects, a strong relationship with our partners, and a strategic, forward-thinking view of the franchises. You will be critical in driving the workflow forward, and ensuring alignment across multiple stakeholders while delivering work that is high quality and on schedule. You are comfortable managing a high volume workload with shifting priorities and deadlines, and are comfortable working with multiple stakeholders to push a project through to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Provide overall project leadership, developing relationships with the marketing and internal creative teams
- Prioritize all deliverables and projects in the pipeline and ensure quality of work meets standards as well as business objectives
- Ensure all individuals and teams providing assets to our team are clear on expectations and delivery dates
- Foresee and assess future or potential threats. Adjust schedules as necessary to maintain final project due dates
- Prioritize tasks and projects to ensure work is completed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget
- Route creative materials to all necessary stakeholders, including PR, Legal, Studio and Editorial, as well as track approvals and revisions
- Review all materials to ensure they meet internal and external technical requirements including brand and legal guidelines, and that they are free of inconsistencies and errors
- Has proven experience managing multiple streams of work under tight and often changing deadlines
- Has a deep understanding of project management, workflow, and infrastructure
- Build and maintain positive relationships with partners, stakeholders, and external vendors
- Represent Marketing Creative at cross-functional meetings and disseminate info to internal and external teams while clearly identifying next steps and action items
- Create and implement processes to make our project management and overall workflow more efficient
- Address urgent partner issues that arise day-to-day, being able to perform well under pressure and ambiguity
Minimum Requirements:
- 4+ years experience in production, account, operational, and/or project management, preferably in a consumer marketing or advertising environment working with creative teams
- Able to handle multiple assets under tight deadlines while remaining organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and juggling multiple projects at a time
- Working knowledge of video game production a plus, but not required
- Must be able to interact well under pressure with multiple teams on multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Must be extremely organized and have experience tracking and/or trafficking a high volume of assets
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing multiple approval channels
