Administrative Support

  • Greet visitors and serve as the first point of contact for customers and guests.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $45,000 – $50,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • Paid Holidays.

    • 2 weeks Paid Time Off annually.
    • 50% group health insurance coverage.
    • 100% dental and vision insurance coverage.

This role is ideal for a seasoned QuickBooks professional who enjoys blending accounting responsibilities with administrative support. If you are proactive, honest, and motivated by accuracy and efficiency, we encourage you to apply.
