Valgroup is hiring a Operator Assistant to support our manufacturing facility in Findlay, Ohio. We are one of the largest plastics producers and recyclers in the world. - Night Shift- 2-2-3 (7:30pm-7:30am)
- Department: Specialty Films
- This shift allows multiple weekdays and every other weekend off
- Train to become a Skilled Machine Operator
- Pull and weigh film rolls, cut cores, move resin
- Assist line start-up
- Learn to Operate Forklift
- Assist other projects and work as needed
- Mechanical ability and problem solving
- Safe work behaviors and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk throughout shift
- HS Diploma or GED preferred
- Starting Pay of $24.00 per hour
- +.50 pay increase at 6 months
