Job Description Summary

Our Company is seeking a highly skilled and professional Protective Intelligence Specialist to identify, monitor, analyze, and help mitigate threats to employees and facilities. This role will monitor, collect, analyze, and produce intelligence in support of protective operations.

The successful candidate will be a disciplined professional with the ability to conduct threat analysis, support the development of threat mitigation recommendations, and will work closely with security teams, law enforcement, and other partners to help ensure the safety of our Company Employees.

This position requires flexibility to work nonstandard hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on operational requirements.

Primary activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Conduct intelligence gathering from open-source, social media, commercial, law enforcement, and industry sources.

  • Monitor threats directed toward employees, facilities, and business operations.

  • Conduct case-specific intelligence analysis using established methodologies.

  • Support investigations through information collection and analysis.

  • Maintain intelligence databases, case files, and threat assessment documentation.

  • Monitor intelligence sources and escalate significant findings through established processes.

  • Evaluate threat credibility, intent, capability, and opportunity using established threat assessment methodologies to identify patterns, trends, and indicators associated with targeted violence and other security risks.

  • Produce intelligence products including threat assessments, intelligence briefs, alerts, and executive summaries.

  • Conduct intelligence research and produce assessments in support of executive operations.

  • Conduct pre-travel and event risk assessments.

  • Analyze concerning communications, behaviors, and incidents involving employees, contractors, customers, or external actors.

  • Support workplace violence prevention initiatives.

  • Develop case management documentation and maintain threat assessment records.

  • Monitor geopolitical and regional developments affecting business operations.

  • Assess risks associated with major corporate events, conferences, and public-facing activities.

  • Support coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners as directed.

  • Prepare intelligence reports, summaries, and briefing materials for security leadership.

Qualifications


Required Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in protective intelligence, threat assessment, intelligence analysis, law enforcement intelligence, military intelligence, executive protection intelligence, or corporate security.

  • Experience conducting OSINT investigations and threat assessments.

  • Experience producing intelligence reports and executive briefings.

  • Strong judgment and decisionmaking skills under pressure

  • Willingness and ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Able to travel locally, regionally or globally as required.

  • Bachelor's degree required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within a global enterprise environment.

  • Behavioral threat assessment or targeted violence prevention experience.

  • Prior corporate executive protection or privatesector security experience

  • Experience supporting highvisibility executives or principals

The salary range for this role is

$96,200.00 - $151,400.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.

The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
