JOB DESCRIPTION
This position is responsible for researching, screening, interviewing, and referring candidates to
clients to fill open job orders when and where they are needed. They perform business development
to obtain new clients and serve as account managers for clients. The person in this role must
exercise organizational skills and independent judgment based on training and experience to
evaluate whether prospective candidates will meet the needs of the client, while taking job
requirements, expectations, physical environment, and other relevant factors into consideration.
• Actively seek out and engage with potential clients to build a robust client network. This
involves identifying and contacting businesses that may benefit from recruiting services.
• Leverage a combination of market research, networking, and outreach to create growth
opportunities for your book of business.
• Assess the needs of potential clients and match them with suitable candidates. This
includes understanding the clients industry and specific requirements.
• Source quality candidates through database prospect lists, job postings, referrals, and
general applicants.
• Phone screen candidates to gather information in determining a candidate/client match
and assume responsibility for the resolution of calls.
• Submit compatible candidates to clients in a timely manner, generally the same day the
order is received.
• Schedule interviews throughout process, maintain details in client/candidate tracking
system, and file documents corresponding to applicants, clients, contests, and other tasks
as requested by management.
• Perform reference and background checks on applicants, when applicable.
• Handle negotiations related to job placements, ensuring that both client and candidate
needs are met. This involves resolving any recruitment-related issues quickly and
efficiently.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide informed advice to clients,
helping align recruitment strategies with market demands.
• Develop trust and maintain positive relationships with candidates and clients by setting
realistic expectations and coaching for success throughout placements process.
• Communicate daily with supervisors regarding clients and open orders.
• Attend daily team meetings as assigned by reporting Manager and Associate Managers.
• Complete extensive work with a computer and a computer screen and ability to follow oral
instructions
• Execute extensive tasks on a computer and monitor while adhering to verbal instructions.
• Promote a culture of teamwork and provide backup to other recruiters or teams as needed.
• Maintain integrity and professional communication with all decisions and actions related to
the business.
• Meet or exceed performance goals and requirements.
• Work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment
• Have substantial access to personal information of candidates and customers (including
