Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Support teams in planning, tracking, and delivering technical initiatives.
  • Help identify blockers, dependencies, and risks, and assist in driving resolution.
  • Maintain delivery visibility using Jira dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Partner with Product Owners, architects, and engineering teams to align priorities and timelines.
  • Assist in coordinating work across multiple teams when needed.
  • Promote Agile best practices and support continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the delivery of initiatives such as cloud migrations, data platform work, or enterprise system enhancements.
Required Qualifications:
  • 3-6 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery role.
  • Experience working with software, data, or enterprise technology teams is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe basics).
  • Strong experience using Jira or similar Agile tools.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
Nice to Have:
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Experience supporting data, analytics, or enterprise platform teams.
  • Agile certification (CSM, PSM, or similar).
  • Experience working in manufacturing, automotive, or enterprise environments.

  • Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
  • Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
  • Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
  • Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
