As a Senior Software Program Manager supporting Simulink Code Generation Technologies, you will partner with product development teams building systems that translate high-level models and algorithms into efficient, deployable code used in embedded and safety-critical applications.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role focused on accelerating the pace of delivering customer value in development by enabling teams to execute complex programs effectively across technical and organizational boundaries.

Responsibilities
The Senior Software Program Manager is a member of the software development management team and supports the planning and execution of multiple programs and initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
- Partnering with extended software development teams to help plan, track, and execute complex, cross-organizational programs while maintaining focus on building the right capabilities at high levels of quality and technical rigor.
- Driving program execution by unblocking progress, organizing work, simplifying execution, and helping teams make effective tradeoffs across scope, schedule, and dependencies.
- Participating in technical planning and design discussions to understand system architecture, coordinate development across teams, and manage dependencies.
- Performing program analysis, managing risk, identifying and influencing necessary course corrections, and communicating program status and activities across all levels of management.
- Using data and program insights to measure outcomes, visualize progress, and support informed decision-making.
- Continuously assessing and improving development workflows and planning practices, and driving execution discipline through structured problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Experience with commercial software products and the software development lifecycle
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and tenacious
- Adaptable and able to deal with uncertainty, ambiguity, and change
- Demonstrated emotional intelligence
- Ability to influence others even when you have no direct line of authority over them
- Experience in collecting and analyzing data to drive improvements in product quality and software development processes
- Interest in applying emerging tools such as AI-assisted development platforms and copilots to improve development workflows
- Technical degree in Engineering, Math, or Science

Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree and 6 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 3 years of professional work experience, or a PhD degree, or equivalent experience) is required.
