Full Job Description
Wheaton Moving and Storage, a subsidiary of Wheaton Van Lines, Inc., has two great office support opportunities available for the right candidates. These Coordinator positions plays a vital role in supporting daily operations by managing phone communications, data entry, appointment scheduling, and providing sales support. This position will also assist with various administrative tasks and serve as a backup for the Office Accounting Coordinator and/or Manager.
Required Experience: Minimum of one year in an administrative or customer service role.
Skills and Qualifications:
Working Conditions: In-office work with a moderate noise level. A phone headset is available upon request. NOTE: This is not a remote position.
Physical Demands: Regularly required to talk, hear, and manage stress. The role involves sitting, using hands for typing, and reaching with hands and arms. Safety Hazards: Minimal hazards typical of a general office environment.
