The Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Technical Specialist who brings energy, curiosity, and a problem-solving mindset to the table. In this role, you will provide expert technical support to our dealer network and help ensure exceptional customer experiences. You’ll identify issues, determine root causes, and guide solutions that keep our products performing at their best. Collaboration, innovation, and clear communication are key—especially when supporting our dealerships and partners across the network. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Provide remote assistance to dealership technicians on maintenance and repair of our equipment.
  • Deliver guided diagnostic support using technical documentation and specialized tools.
  • Support the resolution of complex technical challenges and escalate as needed with clear documentation.
  • Recommend product improvements based on customer feedback and field data.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Training, Legal, and Warranty teams to provide technical insights and solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3 + years of experience providing technical support in the material handling, heavy equipment, or related industry.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to support customers and dealers effectively.
  • Strong and documented analytical skills with the ability to gather data from several sources and highlight opportunities and recommendations in an effective and organized presentation with a focus on continuous improvement and customer success.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

What Sets You Apart:

  • ASE certification or technical training in hydraulics, electrical systems, engines and drivetrains.
  • College Degree.
  • SAP experience.
  • Experience with customer or dealer communications.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative team approach.

  • Enjoy the best of both worlds with a hybrid schedule—collaborate in person at our Columbus, Indiana office 3 days a week and work remotely 2 days a week.

What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:

Salary - $65,440 - $83,800 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
