You will be able to work on the development and execution of field marketing plans that support strategic business objectives for the defined region/area of responsibility at the customer account level.

What will your job look like?

This role has a high level of direct Amdocs Customer engagement, and it is the focal point for all account-based marketing activities, initiatives, or events with Amdocs Sales Leadership Teams.  You will ensure Amdocs Customer executives and senior management understand the breadth of our portfolio, and the ability to articulate business and technical capabilities of our offerings


All you need is...
  • Experience with uncovering and recognizing opportunities to drive pipeline by participating in customer meetings, establishing and running (with the solution experts) customer workshops, and managing all campaigns and events
  • Drive direct marketing engagements and promote advocacy with customers that span the customer lifecycle.
  • Defines and create marketing account plans to support regional goals & strategies.
  • Plans, directs and executes marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Provides marketing consultation and subject matter expertise, becoming the trusted advisor to key stakeholders – internal and external.
  • Responsible for Budget Management.
  • Directs, develops, coaches and motivates team members and the extended matrix group.
  • Champions the Hub-Spoke engagement model between regional marketing and CRP.
  • Works with the wider marketing team to deliver appropriate and targeted marketing programs that support Amdocs' growth pillars.
  • Supports pipeline growth through references, evidence, and generation of demand.
Candidates who stand out from the crowd…
  • Proven track record of working in a business matrix environment
  • Minimum of 10 years in the service provider, telecommunications or media industry
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a marketing role
  • Minimum of 10 years working with or alongside a sales organization
  • Experience in working with C level executives, both internally and externally
  • Experience in managing a team and budget
  • Experience in executing demand generation campaigns and reporting on pipelines and conversion rates
  • Experience with Marketo would be a plus



  • University degree: Bachelor or Master’s degree
