We are now hiring for a skilled Apartment Maintenance professional to join our new development project as our Maintenance Supervisor in Sugar Land, Texas.


This role will handle all Maintenance Operations for our 80 unit community built in 2016. If you're well versed in plumbing, minor electrical repair, appliance repair, and know what it takes to prepare an apartment for move in then please apply today!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Prepares or assists in preparing all market-ready apartments in regards to painting, carpet cleaning, general repairs, housekeeping, etc
  • Performs various preventative maintenance functions and records findings in maintenance log
  • Completes regular community inspections
  • Responds to resident service requests and concern within 24 hours
  • Performs on-call emergency service as required
  • Works along with general maintenance staff in maintaining grounds and common areas and keeping them free of trash and debris
  • Monitors the maintenance and keep-up of all mechanical equipment on the community including, but not limited to, water heaters, HVAC units, etc

Requirements:


  • EPA/HVAC Certification is required.
  • Must have two years of supervisory experience in the apartment industry
  • CPO certification is a plus
  • Onesite, Ops, Keytrak experience is a plus
  • Ability to implement preventative and routine maintenance programs with a good understanding of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
