Full Time

Pay: BOE, Company minimum wage is $10.10/hr

 

Join a team that develops new products for the most challenging applications, including the America's Cup races, Military body armor, hiking protection from poisonous snakes, and even NASA's missions to Mars. Located in New Ipswich with approximately 90 employees, NH, Warwick Mills was honored by the state as the 2016 Employment Leadership Award winner. We specialize in R&D of advanced flexible composite materials which we quickly transition to manufactured solutions for our diverse customer base. Warwick Mills has over 60 patents or patents pending and is continuously expanding their premium product lines through research, development, and invention. Warwick is looking to fill positions in our Weave Room, Yarn Prep, and Fabric Finishing departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Run processes or equipment to documentation
  • Equipment setup, cleaning, maintenance
  • On-machine Quality Inspection

Qualifications:

  • Basic computer skills
  • Hard working
  • Attention to detail
  • Can follow detailed process steps
  • Monitor quality and report defects
  • Mechanical ability a plus but not required
  • Recommend improvements
  • Ability to work 40 hours a week, M-F, 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift
